Job summary

CJ’s Tire & Auto Centers in Exton, PA is seeking an automotive technician trainee to join our family-owned team. You will perform tire services, oil changes, battery installs, and multi-point inspections while following established policies to ensure quality workmanship.

We value reliability, safety, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced shop. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Performs tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections.
• Notes conditions observed on vehicles.
• Works with fellow associates to provide exceptional customer service.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the store manager.
