Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation's largest family-owned tire and service retailer, is hiring a Service Technician to help deliver comprehensive automotive care with a WOW experience.

You will install and maintain tires, diagnose drivability issues, perform alignments, brakes and routine maintenance, test drive vehicles, and keep a clean, safe work area while collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience (ASE certifications preferred but not required).
• Must have own tools (tool purchase program available).
• Ability to operate automotive vehicle lifts, shop tools and equipment (diagnostic scanner experience a plus).
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate and timely quality vehicle inspection, maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure functionality and overall safety.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and assist as needed.
