Job Description

The pay varies based on experience, ranging from $19.00 to $35.00 per hour.

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. Starting on day one, you'll participate in comprehensive training to prepare for your role. As part of our team, you'll perform repairs, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure vehicles are safe and reliable.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
  2. Secure guest approval for work based on diagnosis and maintain a clean work area.
  3. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform repairs and maintenance.
  4. Test drive vehicles and safely use shop equipment to retrieve inventory as needed.
  5. Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Automotive technician experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
  • Guest and team-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8.
  • Automotive technical school certificate or degree.
