Job Description

Pay varies based on experience, ranging from $18.00 to $38.00 per hour.

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. Starting day one, you will participate in a comprehensive technician training program that covers all aspects of your role and prepares you for advancement. As a team member, you will perform repairs, ensure safety, and deliver a five-star guest experience by taking care of people and their cars.

Responsibilities

  • Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
  • Secure guest approval before performing work based on diagnosis, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Complete thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Test drive guest vehicles and safely use our shop truck for inventory pickup.
  • Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Automotive technician experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Guest and team-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8.
  • Automotive technical school certificate or degree.
