Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Florida is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under supervision. You will learn foundational skills, perform routine inspections, and help customers understand repair procedures, with a focus on quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers flat-rate pay and opportunities for ASE certification, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical understanding and ability to learn tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance & tire repair services.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Aim to obtain ASE certifications within two years; tests paid by company; bonus per test passed.
