Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians to join its automotive service team.

You will learn and develop skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians, with opportunities to interact with customers and deliver high‑quality workmanship. The role offers a flat‑rate pay model, a pay range of $22.00–$34.38 per hour in this region, and a $1500 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance & tire repair services.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.
• 2 years automotive repair experience or vocational-technical training or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates.

Responsabilités

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within first two years (tests and fees paid by company; bonus for each test passed).
