Bob Tyler Toyota in Pensacola is seeking an Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic at all levels. We offer a generous pay range ($80,000 - $168,000) and great benefits, with a sign-on bonus and relocation package for the right person. What You’ll Do:

• Perform full vehicle inspections and road tests
• Document findings and communicate with Service Advisors
• Identify and recommend additional services
• Collaborate with Parts Department to source components
• Deliver high-quality repairs with a “Fix It Right First Time” mindset
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations
• Take on additional duties based on your certifications and expertise

What You’ll Bring:

• 1 - 2 years of Service Technician experience (Toyota experience preferred)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Integrity, urgency, and attention to detail
• Basic math skills for maintenance scheduling
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
