Job summary

Acura North Scottsdale seeks a skilled Flat Rate Technician to diagnose and repair vehicle components to dealership and factory standards. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure quality workmanship while maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities include documenting work, communicating with service staff, and attending training to stay current with automotive technology. Applicants should have a high school diploma and related experience, ASE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs for engine failures and mechanical/electrical issues
• Inspect vehicles to determine required repairs and ensure serviceability
• Communicate with Service Advisor on additional work needs
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and manage stocking of parts and supplies
• Document all work performed on repair orders according to procedures
• Attend training and meetings as required
