Driven by Dobbs is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles across multiple brands. The role focuses on tire services, alignments, and comprehensive maintenance to ensure safe operation.

The ideal candidate will be detail-driven, reliable, customer-centric, and a strong team player with a solid work ethic to meet department goals in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience.
• 1+ year as alignment technician or completion of a post-secondary vocational program in automotive technology.
• Growing knowledge of steering, suspension, and general vehicle maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of tire installation, wheel balancing, and diagnosing ride disturbances.
• Proficient in the use of standard automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform wheel alignments, tire services, and other suspension or steering adjustments as needed.
• Conduct general vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake service, fluid checks, and tune-ups.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and document work per company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety.
