Job summary

You’ll work in a clean, modern, climate-controlled shop environment and perform services from basic maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs, documenting work clearly.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate experience in automotive repair (engines, brakes, suspension, or HVAC).
• Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with clear verbal and written communication.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity for lifting, walking, and standing.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to CarMax standards.
• Perform services from basic maintenance to complex repairs.
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings.
• Repair or replace vehicle components to support reconditioning.
• Assist with alignment, suspension, and diagnostics as skills grow.
