Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair including engines, brakes, suspension or HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to CarMax standards.
• Perform automotive services from basic maintenance to complex mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings and work.
• Repair or replace components to support reconditioning efforts.
• Assist with alignment, suspension, and performance diagnostics as skills grow.
• Uphold CarMax values and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
