Job summary

Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen is seeking an experienced PM Shift Automotive Technician to join its high-volume, climate-controlled service department. Earn $70,000–$100,000+ with production bonuses, a stable 11:00 AM–9:00 PM schedule, and a five-day workweek.

The role offers factory training, development opportunities to become a Master Technician or leader, and a clear path for advancement within Hudson Automotive Group. A strong customer focus and diagnostics ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Prev automotive technician experience.
• VW or other OEM dealership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Test-drive and evaluate vehicle systems and components.
• Repair engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC and related parts.
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Collaborate with Parts to ensure efficient repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
