Job summary

Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking experienced PM shift Automotive Technicians to join a busy, high-volume service team in Clarksville, TN. The role offers a climate-controlled shop, steady workflow, and strong earning potential with base pay plus commission.

Shifts are 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM, five days a week, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience.
• Volkswagen or other manufacturer dealership experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Performing repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components.
• Repairing engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and other vehicle components.
• Communicating repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors.
• Providing accurate repair timelines and documentation.
• Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborating with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repair completion.
• Maintaining productivity while delivering quality workmanship.
• Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
