Job summary

Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking experienced PM shift Automotive Technicians to join a busy, high-volume service team in Clarksville, TN. The role offers a climate-controlled shop, steady workflow, and strong earning potential with base pay plus commission.

Shifts are 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM, five days a week, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive manufacturer training.

Qualifications

Previous automotive technician experience.
Volkswagen or other manufacturer dealership experience preferred.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor.
Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable.

Responsibilities

Performing repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components.
Repairing engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and other vehicle components.
Communicating repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors.
Providing accurate repair timelines and documentation.
Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Collaborating with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repair completion.
Maintaining productivity while delivering quality workmanship.
Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
