Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Technician to join the team in Tucson, AZ. You will learn and perform essential diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance under guidance from experienced technicians, while delivering high-quality service to customers.

The role involves inspecting systems, communicating repair steps, and maintaining safety standards. ASE certifications will be pursued within the first two years, with company support for fees and training.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance & tire repair including oil changes.
• 2 years of automotive repair experience or related training.
• ASE certification or equivalent qualifications accepted.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and braking systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and repairs.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years of employment (fees paid by company).
