Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance from senior technicians. You will perform routine inspections, assist in repair procedures, and interact with customers to explain services while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a fast-paced environment with opportunities to obtain ASE certifications and grow within a leading Bridgestone service network.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and perform oil changes, inspections, and repairs.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services.

Responsibilities

  • Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
  • Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
  • Install batteries and check electrical systems.
  • Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
  • Road test vehicles and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Pursue ASE certifications within first two years of employment; costs covered by company.
