Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an Automotive Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of makes and models at our Morrisville, PA location. The role includes performing emissions testing where applicable, maintaining vehicle movement and inventory, and documenting all work in DriveTime systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, plus an automotive technology certificate or 3+ years of repair experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Certificate or Associates degree in automotive technology or work experience equivalent (3 years or more) in automotive repair.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Perform emissions testing where applicable and handle vehicle movement and inventory.
• Document all work in DriveTime systems and maintain safety/compliance.
• Explain automotive repairs and issues to management to minimize re-work and delays.
