Job Description

We are seeking a top-notch, experienced Automotive Technician to work in our growing service department at Nissan of Streetsboro! The applicant should have knowledge of different makes and models and be comfortable with minor diagnostics. They must be goal-focused, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. The right applicant can expect to make up to $60+ per hour. Don't forget to ask about our retention bonus and relocation assistance!

We are extremely busy at Nissan of Streetsboro and are looking for a Master Technician seeking a permanent position! Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles and diagnose problems.
• Provide excellent customer service by performing quality repairs and maintenance that meet dealership and manufacturer standards, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Estimate time and parts needed for repairs/maintenance.
• Learn new technical information and techniques through training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing technology.
• Build and maintain knowledge of products and services via on-the-job training and manufacturer training.
• Be analytical with good problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace.

Service Technician Requirements:

• 3-5 years of automotive service technician experience.
• Energetic with a positive attitude.
• Devoted to your career as a technician.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record.
• Nissan and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Automotive technical school graduate is a plus.
