As an Automotive Technician, Goodyear offers:

In this role, you will:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services professionally
  • Mentor others and stay updated on new automotive technologies
  • Work effectively in a team environment

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, inspecting, repairing systems such as brakes, suspension, engine performance, and air conditioning, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Basic requirements:

  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
  • Three years of automotive repair experience, including diagnosis and repairs
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred qualifications include ASE certifications in Steering and Suspension (A4) and Brakes (A5), and state inspection or MAC certifications.

Additional considerations include flexible scheduling, proficiency with diagnostic technology, and the ability to perform manual tasks including lifting.
