Qualifications

• Experience with engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC as required.
• Strong awareness of health and safety compliance and safe work practices.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and valid driver’s license.
• ASE certifications listed above where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax quality standards.
• Collaborate with a team to resolve technical challenges quickly.
• Gain hands-on experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Uphold CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and trust through quality work.
