Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a C-Level Automotive Technician in Colorado with 1–2 years of automotive service experience. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, with no weekends and a starting pay of $20/hour. It includes hands-on training in a climate-controlled shop and exposure to gasoline, hybrid, and electric vehicles.

You will work with experienced technicians, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to a safe, efficient shop workflow while advancing automotive repair skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of automotive service or repair experience.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine automotive maintenance.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids.
• Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires.
• Replace filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document completed services.
• Assist experienced technicians with basic repairs and vehicle preparation.
• Keep bays, tools, lifts, and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
• Support shop workflow and maintenance projects as needed.
