• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs.

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE certification preferred.

Immediate opening for an experienced, customer-oriented Automotive Technician.

As a MINI Technician, you will perform diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance for customer and dealership vehicles, utilizing industry-leading diagnostic technologies.

Responsibilities may include:

• Receiving and executing Repair Orders.
• Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting.
• Providing estimates for labor, time, and parts.
• Performing quality repairs on various automotive systems according to standards.
• Conducting Quality Control checks.
• Completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Maintaining an organized workspace and tools.
• Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department.
• Participating in MINI training programs to develop expertise.
• Demonstrating behaviors aligned with company values.

Specific Requirements:

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in an independent shop is a plus.
• European automotive technician experience preferred.
• Pennsylvania State Safety and Emissions Licenses.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• BMW/MINI Certification Levels 1-4 and factory training are advantages.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
