- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
- ASE certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Immediate opening for an experienced, customer-oriented Automotive Technician at MINI of the Main Line.
As a MINI Technician, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for customer and dealership vehicles, utilizing industry-leading MINI diagnostic technologies.
Responsibilities may include:
- Receiving and executing Repair Orders as dispatched.
- Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
- Providing labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
- Performing high-quality, efficient repairs on various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, according to standards.
- Conducting Quality Control checks to ensure repairs are complete.
- Completing all required paperwork and documentation.
- Maintaining an organized, clean workspace and managing tools.
- Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff.
- Participating in MINI training programs to develop expertise in MINI automotive technologies.
- Demonstrating behaviors aligned with the company's values in all interactions.
Specific Requirements:
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
- Be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in an independent shop is a plus.
- European automotive technician experience is preferred.
- Pennsylvania State Safety and Emissions Licenses.
- ASE certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- BMW/MINI Certification Levels 1-4 are a plus.
- BMW/MINI factory training is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
