Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 130 N. Highway 67 Cedar Hill, TX 75104

Job Overview: We seek energetic, upbeat technicians with a positive attitude who are passionate about solving problems and doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests using your knowledge and skills
• Build experience across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete thorough, honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest concerns
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and guest service focus
• 5+ years automotive repair experience, including diagnostics, drivability, suspension
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models
• High focus on guest satisfaction
• Expertise in diagnostics and drivability issues
• ASE Master Technician certification preferred with 10+ years of experience
• European vehicle experience preferred
• Ability to work 50-60 hours per week
• Quick learner with factory scan tools and additional skills

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles above head level
• Work in tight spaces as needed
• Dexterity for hand tool use
• Walk/stand most of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Navigate computers efficiently
