We are looking for automotive technicians/mechanics who can work independently as well as collaboratively with peers. Our full-service facility is seeking skilled technicians to help us create an environment of success!

Responsibilities

As a Midas automotive technician, you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, including:

• Basic diagnostics
• Tire repair and replacement
• Heating and air conditioning systems
• Steering and suspension systems
• Belt and hose replacements
• Radiator and engine cooling systems
• Batteries, starting, and charging systems
• Brake systems and repairs
• Oil changes

Qualifications

• Ability to repair vehicles independently and work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics
• Proven high personal productivity
• Adherence to safety and environmental standards
• Experience with shop equipment such as lifts, tire changers, alignment machines, and scan tools
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
• State-specific auto repair certifications
• Valid driver’s license
• Own tools and equipment (diagnostic scanner preferred but not required)
• Ability to service both foreign and domestic vehicles
