Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair systems such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspensions, and alignments.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high-quality repairs.
• Conduct thorough digital inspections and prepare maintenance reports.
• Engage with customers and communicate repair progress effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
• Skills in general maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Proficient with hand tools and shop equipment; owning tools is a plus.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required; we support certification efforts.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude, solutions-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Work overhead and in tight spaces.
• Stand and walk for most of the workday.
• Use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles.
