Enterprise Mobility is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and reconditioning at our Service Center in College Park, GA. This role emphasizes quality and customer service while following company policy.

The position starts at $26/hour with potential to earn an additional $2/hour for ASE certifications after the minimum of four, up to nine total. Full-time schedule includes evening shifts with weekend coverage as shown in the posting.

Qualifications

• Two years of mechanical experience in automotive repair.
• Four current and valid ASE certifications OR OEM training.
• Plan to obtain four ASE certifications within 12 months.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance meet manufacturer specs.
• Perform warranty and recall repairs after training.
• Complete ADA installs after training as required.
• Document vehicle repair history with Repair Orders.
• Provide safe, reliable vehicles after service.
• Follow inventory and parts procedures.
• Utilize manufacturer websites, software and diagnostics.
• Handle additional fleet tasks such as LOFR or tires as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and participate in training.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental standards.

Overview

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in‑fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures. This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative and focuses on the needs of our customers in accordance with our Quality Standards.

This position is located at our Service Center, 4300 Global Gateway Connector College Park, GA 30337.

The pay for this position starts at $26 / hour. In addition, you can earn an additional $2 / hour for ASE certifications after the required minimum of 4 (up to 9 total, A1‑A8 and L1 or L3).

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
• Complete required manufacturer’s training and perform warranty and recall repairs.
• Complete ADA installs as required after training.
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles after completion of repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
• Utilize multiple manufacturer’s websites, software and diagnostic tools.
• May process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation or buy‑backs.
• Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Update job knowledge by participating in company and manufacturer‑approved training or industry‑related training.
• Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Perform manual labor such as bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
• Moderate physical activity which requires handling objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walking.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current‑model vehicles.
• Four current and valid ASE certifications OR OEM training/certifications required.
• Hire with manufacturer training with agreement of obtaining four ASE certifications within 12 months of hire.
• Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last five years.
• A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft product is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
• Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to complete a pre‑employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
