Automotive Technician/Mechanic and Automotive General Service Technicians

Responsibilities:

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle
• Assist with inventory management and store duties
• Follow safety standards and test drive vehicles as needed
• Maintain technical knowledge through training
• Operate equipment safely and perform other duties as assigned

GENERAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN:

• Perform routine vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Deliver exceptional customer service with effective communication
• Meet time and quality expectations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive training or equivalent experience
• Preferred ASE certification and State Inspection license
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate customer vehicles
• Own basic tools or participate in our tool purchase program
