Job Details

Automotive Technician

• Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience; $23.00 - $35.00 flat rate
• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and identify required repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on every customer vehicle
• Assist in inventory management and store duties
• Follow safety standards and procedures
• Test drive vehicles according to policy and traffic laws
• Maintain technical knowledge via Monro University training
• Operate and maintain equipment safely
• Perform other duties as assigned

General Service Technician

• Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience; additional incentives available
• Perform routine vehicle repair and maintenance
• Deliver exceptional 5-star service through effective communication
• Meet time and quality expectations
