Job Description

Responsibilities:

Automotive Technician:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify repairs.
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle.
• Assist with inventory management and store duties.
• Follow safety standards and procedures.
• Test drive vehicles following company policies and laws.
• Maintain technical knowledge via Monro University training.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

General Service Technician:

Full-time or part-time hourly position responsible for routine vehicle repair and maintenance, delivering exceptional service and effective communication with guests.

Qualifications

Automotive Technician:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training or experience.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license (if applicable).
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Own basic tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program.

General Service Technician:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
