Job summary

TGK Automotive INC in Bloomington, MN is seeking Automotive Technicians/Mechanics to diagnose and repair customer vehicles to MAP standards, delivering quality work with efficiency.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 per year, with competitive bi-weekly pay, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and holidays, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life) plus 401(k) with company match and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prefer ASE or equivalent experience or training.
• Possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday-Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to certifications/experience.
• Performs work as outlined on inspection/repair orders with efficiency.
• Explains diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical personnel including managers and customers.
• Recommends necessary services and documents in the customer file.
• Follows safety procedures and reports concerns to supervisor.
• Maintains ASE certifications and renewals.
