Big O Tires – Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join a strong team. Earn $80,000–$120,000+ with a guaranteed $20/hour base plus performance-based commission in a shop that values collaboration and quality workmanship.

You’ll work on brakes, steering, suspension, cooling systems, drivability issues, electrical troubleshooting, and general mechanical repairs. ASE training paid for; relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience required.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Comfortable diagnosing common vehicle problems.

We’re looking to add another experienced technician to a strong team.

One of the things we’re most proud of is the environment in our shop. Our service advisors, technicians, and tire techs genuinely enjoy working together. We already have good technicians and experienced managers. We’re not looking for someone to carry the shop — we’re looking for another solid mechanic to add to the team.

You don’t need to be a master technician or an A-level diagnostic specialist. We need someone who can handle general automotive repair, diagnose common mechanical and drivability issues, work independently, and take pride in fixing vehicles correctly.

And if you can do that, we want to pay you well for it.
