Promotive is seeking a Master Automotive Technician in Centralia, WA. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and an earning potential of $100K-$140K annually through a $45-$50/hour flat rate.

We expect 8+ years of shop experience and advanced diagnostic skills. You’ll work in a fully digital shop, perform complex diagnostics, and collaborate with Service Advisors to deliver top-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Master-level automotive diagnostic and repair skills.
• Strong electrical, drivability, and engine performance diagnostic experience.
• Proficiency with scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and digital inspection platforms.
• ASE Certifications highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across major vehicle systems.
• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, engine performance issues.
• Repair brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, transmission, and engine systems.
• Use OBD-II scanners, digital multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document findings.
• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors and team members.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining an organized workspace.

Compensation & Benefits
