Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Automotive Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, suspensions, engines, A/C, and other systems at our U.S. service centers.

Candidates with at least three years of automotive repair experience—or three years in military vehicle maintenance—will use advanced diagnostics and hands-on skills on modern vehicles. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and tire discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of automotive repair experience, or three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Demonstrates advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving mechanical and electrical faults.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
• Troubleshoot problems using the latest diagnostic equipment and techniques.
• Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards while working efficiently.
