Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician at Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee. You will perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair orders, ensuring alignment with dealer and factory standards while building trust with customers.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience—all OEMs welcome.
• ASE, Lexus or Toyota certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order, in accordance with dealer and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals (employees and customers).
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Keep management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.

Located at Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee the Automotive Service Technician will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Service Technician experience- all OEM's welcome
