Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced setting. You will train under skilled technicians to learn routine inspections and repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

Expect hands-on practice, safety-focused work, and opportunities to pursue ASE certifications within two years. The role offers flat-rate pay in a regionally competitive range with benefits for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical knowledge and ability to learn new skills.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services.
• Oil changes and basic inspections knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years (tests paid by company).
