What will you do?

As a Technician, you will conduct routine vehicle service, diagnose issues, and complete repairs. You will stay current with vehicle technology and work closely with Parts and Service teams. Responsibilities include:

• Understanding automotive systems and explaining repairs
• Maintaining technical knowledge
• Estimating service times for scheduling
• Communicating parts requirements
• Following established service procedures
• Adhering to quality control standards

What are we looking for?

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of related experience or training
• Automotive technical experience or technical school background
• Valid driver’s license
• Good reading, writing, and math skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Relevant technical certifications
• Commitment to ongoing training and knowledge updates

Preferred Qualifications

• Jaguar Land Rover experience and certification
• ASE Certifications or equivalent manufacturer training
• Automotive technical school degree/training

Compensation

Main Shop Technicians start at $31/hour flat rate, depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay Range
