Job summary

Vectrus, Inc. seeks an Automotive Technician Instructor/Coach to facilitate Instructor Led Training, mentoring entry level and advanced technicians at our Sanford, FL facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years automotive technician experience.
• Current ASE Certified Master Technician
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal direction, including self-guided study, to stay current with technology.
• Demonstrated ability to work with highly technical diagnostic equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills, including internet, Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to travel to in-dealership coaching event.

Responsibilities

• Lead Instructor Led Training courses mentoring entry level and advanced automotive service technicians.
• Facilitate classroom and shop/lab sessions at Sanford, FL facility.
• Provide coaching and guidance to trainees to advance skill levels.
