Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to become valued Instructors in our Automotive Technology program. No teaching experience is required; we help technicians transition into educators. Bring your industry passion and help shape the next generation of automotive professionals.

In this on-site role, you will teach hands-on training, deliver accredited curriculum, and guide students toward successful automotive careers within a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience.
• ASE G1/A6 certifications required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on in Automotive Technology in a fully equipped facility.
• Deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism and accountability.
• Evaluate and communicate progress with students.
• Teach safety and compliance concepts.
• Prepare students for careers in Automotive Technology.
