AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking skilled automotive technicians to join our team and deliver high‑quality repair and maintenance services across diesel and hybrid vehicles. We offer ongoing education, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

In this full‑time hourly position, you’ll diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, maintain safety standards, and provide great customer service. Benefits include 401k, medical, tuition reimbursement, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or technical school certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 6 months’ relevant automotive repair experience or completion of a formal automotive training program.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repair and maintenance on diesel and hybrid vehicles.
• Diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance (oil, tires, brakes, electrical, etc.).
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Keep up with evolving automotive technologies to ensure quality repairs.
• Collaborate with team to meet shop goals and maintain a positive work environment.
