Enterprise Mobility is seeking a full-time Automotive Technician at our Honolulu Service Center. The role involves performing car service, repair, and preventive maintenance per manufacturer specs to ensure safe, reliable vehicles for customers.

The position includes a 40-hour week (7:30am–4pm) with weekends/holidays, paid time off, health and life insurance, retirement plans with 401k match, and employee training opportunities. Candidates must meet licensing and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles required.
• 4+ ASE certifications required OR must obtain 4 GP approved ASE's within 9 months of start date.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs during preventive maintenance duties.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Complete training and repairs under warranty/recall.
• Complete ADA installs after training completion.

Overview

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Automotive Technician at our Honolulu Service Center 96819.

The Automotive Technician performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures. This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

The pay for this position starts at $29.45 per hour. In addition, you can earn an additional $1.00 per hour for company‑approved ASE certifications beyond the required minimum of four, up to 14 ASEs. Automotive Technicians will receive an additional $1.00 per hour for the remaining ASEs until all 14 are achieved, totaling up to $10.00 per hour on top of hourly pay when all 10 additional ASEs are held

Shift Schedule:

40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays - 7:30am - 4pm

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.

• Complete required manufacturer's training and perform warranty and recall repairs.

• Complete ADA installs as required upon completion of training.

• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.

• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.

• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.

• Utilize multiple manufacturers’ websites, software, and diagnostic tools.

• May process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation or buy-backs.

• Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition.

• Requires ability to perform manual labor, such as, bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.

• Moderate physical activity which requires handling of objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walking.

• Perform related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years

• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years

• Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles required

• 4+ current and valid ASE certifications required OR must obtain at least 4 of the GP approved ASE's for the Automotive Technician role with in 9 months of start date

• A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required

• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and provide copies of the necessary certifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs while performing preventative maintenance duties

• Apart from religious observation, must be able to work a 40 hour work week shift 7:30am-4pm, which will include weekends and holidays
