Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Flat-Rate/Flag Automotive Technician
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and ASE certifications preferred
• ASE certification(s) or certification(s) in brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs following dealership and factory standards
• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and ETA
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
