Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Flat-Rate/Flag Automotive Technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• ASE certifications or specialized area certifications preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately per dealership and factory standards.
• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting and testing on automotive systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs.
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and ETA.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive tech.
• Uphold company values in all customer interactions.
