Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive technician experience performing complex repairs and diagnostics.
• National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) in different areas preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
