Chapman Ford Scottsdale is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service team in Scottsdale. You will perform heavy-line and engine repairs and work closely with Service Advisors to ensure repairs meet dealership and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Ford certification preferred.
• Experience performing heavy-line and engine repairs required.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Ford vehicles including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake and A/C systems.
• Perform heavy-line and engine repairs and component replacement.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns using diagnostic tools and manufacturer procedures.
• Perform warranty repairs in compliance with specifications and dealership standards.
• Communicate recommended repairs and estimated repair times to Service Advisors.
• Complete work accurately and efficiently as outlined on repair orders.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
