This role features a flat-rate pay model and pay range of $16.63 to $24.99 per hour, with performance-based compensation reflecting regional productivity.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brakes.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue A.S.E. certifications within two years.
