Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Technician in Minnesota to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles within our service team. You will learn hands-on under experienced techs, perform routine inspections, and assist in repairs to ensure high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers flat-rate pay with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for first-time hires, and a pathway to ASE certifications, with benefits and ongoing training available.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes, Basic inspections, Repairing tires.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brakes.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and verify repairs.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years.
