Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Woodbury, MN is hiring an Automotive Technician to learn and perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance under experienced teammates. You will conduct oil changes, tire maintenance, inspections of steering, suspension and brakes, replace batteries and install parts while road testing vehicles.

Positively, you will work toward ASE certifications within two years; a $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for first-time hires.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer/company vehicles.
• Willingness to learn basic mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years.
