Job summary

Goodyear is hiring automotive technicians at multiple U.S. service centers. The role offers a flat-rate guarantee with 40 hours upfront and a 30-hour guarantee after 30 days, plus a pay rate of $25.00–$35.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive repair experience or 3 years military vehicle maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays
• Preferred ASE A4 (Steering & Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) certifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate diagnostic skills using current technology.
• Mentor teammates and continuously learn new automotive techniques as technology evolves.
• Maintain high safety, service, and housekeeping standards; perform manual tasks like lifting tires and working in varied positions.
