Goodyear is hiring an Automotive Technician at multiple U.S. service centers. The role offers full-time employment with a flat-rate pay structure and a 75% hourly guarantee.

The starting pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and tuition assistance. The ideal candidate has at least three years of automotive repair experience or military vehicle maintenance, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' automotive repair experience or three years in military vehicle maintenance, showing advanced diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• ASE certifications preferred (A4 Steering & Suspension, A5 Brakes).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems and components.
• Troubleshoot problems using up-to-date diagnostic equipment.
• Mentor teammates and learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
• Maintain high safety, service, and housekeeping standards.
• Perform manual tasks like lifting tires and working in varying postures.
