Goodyear is seeking an Automotive Technician at our La Crosse, WI location. The role focuses on inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a range of automotive systems from brakes to A/C, with a strong emphasis on hands-on diagnostics and ongoing learning as vehicle technology advances.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of automotive repair experience or three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred ASE A4 (Steering & Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) certifications or state inspection/MAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
• Troubleshoot problems using the latest diagnostic technology and mentor teammates as automotive tech evolves.
• Maintain safety, service, and housekeeping standards while handling tires and equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires/wheels and standing/bending for extended periods.
